3 Week Soups, Breads and Starters - Course Outline

This class takes place once a week for 3 weeks from 8.45 am to 1 pm during the winter months. The course price is R1800. Please bring an overall, apron & head covering. Super Domestic aprons – optional extra.

An outline of the 3 Week Soups, Breads and Starters course is as follows:

Week 1

Wholewheat seed loaf
Leek & potato soup
Vegetable soup
Grilled mushrooms

Week 2

Pecan nut loaf
Corn chowder
Butternut soup
Garlic and herb bread

Week 3

Mealie bread
Celery soup
Chicken soup
Asparagus starter
