Quality Placements - Domestic Staff Placements
Quality Placements developed as a subsidiary to Super Domestics when the growing need to match employers and employees in a professional setting was realised. Prospective Employees
These positions usually require the candidate to be in possession of a number of skills, e.g. Houseman and Gardener, Houseman and Handyman, Domestic Helper and Child Minder and/or Cook etc. In order to place a person we require the following:

A copy of the candidate's ID document and original, to prove authenticity.

Originals and copies of at least two contactable references.

A willingness to sit through a lesson on "How to conduct an interview".

A Willingness to come to our premises for all interviews.

The prospective candidate needs to be able to prove his/her areas of competence:

Qualifications for the position for which he/she is applying.

Possession of Cookery skills, if possible, since these are in great demand. If Cookery courses have been attended, please supply relevant certificates and copies of these.

Possession of Child Minding skills, which are often required. Again, if courses have been attended, relevant certificates and copies of these need to be supplied.

Possession of a Driver's Licence if applying for a driving position. Original and copy of driver's licence are required and a contactable reference is essential. Please note that driving skills alone are seldom required. An ability to help with housework as well would be a recommendation.

A registration fee is payable before arranging interviews.

Before setting up any interviews, we follow up, and check to the best of our ability, all references we have received from candidates.

All interviews are carried out on our premises. We sit in on these to avoid any misunderstandings which may arise from the interview.

A contract is signed to safeguard the employer and our company, Quality Placements.
