Cookery Part 3 - Winter Soups - Course Outline

This class takes place once a week for 2 weeks from 8.30 am to 1 pm and follows on directly from Cookery Part 2. Please bring an overall, apron & head covering. Super Domestic aprons – optional extra.

An outline of the Cookery Part 2 course is as follows:

Week 1

Wholewheat seed loaf
White bread rolls
Leek & potato soup
Pumpkin soup & croutons
Vegatable soup
Cream of celery soup Grilled mushrooms

Week 2

Pecan nut loaf
Cheesy mealie bread
Corn chowder
Butternut soup
Tomato soup
