Cookery Part 2 - Family Feasts and Menu Planning Course Outline

Cookery classes take place once a week for 5 weeks from 8.30 am to 1 pm. This course follows on directly from Cookery Part 1. Please bring an overall, apron & head covering. Super Domestic aprons – optional extra.

An outline of the Cookery Part 2 course is as follows:

Biscuits
Crumpets

Week 2

Jiffy pudding
Mince/bolognaise sauce
Cottage pie
Lasagne
Macaroni cheese
White sauce & cheese sauce
Broccoli & cauliflower

Week 3

Tuna lasagne

Banana fritters

Week 4

Citrus delight

Crustless savoury tart
