Cookery Part 1 - Course Outline

Cookery classes take place once a week for 5 weeks from 8.30 am to 1 pm. Please bring an overall, apron & head covering. Super Domestic aprons – optional extra.

An outline of the Cookery Part 1 course is as follows:

Week 1

Measuring
Roast chicken & stuffing
How to make gravy
Roast potatoes & chips
Vegetables
Fruit salad
Peppermint fridge tart

Week 2

Apple cake & whipped cream
Curry & rice
Sambals
Fish with lemon butter sauce
Mixed green salad

Week 3

Cake & icing
Eggs (eg. omelette)
Breakfast accompaniments
